How can I check the status of my return?

We recommend tracking your return using the information provided by your carrier to ensure it has been delivered to Victoria’s Secret.

    • Print your return label from our website?
      You can track your return by accessing the return page in your accounts page. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be delivered and processed.

 

    • If you mailed your return using a different carrier or for orders shipped outside of the U.S.
      We recommend tracking your return through your chosen carrier. Please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be delivered to us and processed, depending on the carrier and method selected.

 

    • If your return has been delivered to our warehouse…
      It may take up to 7 days to process your return. Once processed, you’ll receive a Return Email Confirmation with all the details!

      You can also check to see if we’ve processed your return by viewing your status on the return page.

      If it has been longer than 7 days since your package was received at our facility and you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us.

 

Once your return has been processed, it may take 3-5 business days (up to 30 business days for International credit cards) for your refund to post to you account and 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement.

Customer Care associates do not have access to your return tracking information if you are unable to provide the return tracking number. We apologize for any inconvenience.
